б) торг., брит. (согласно закону "О торговых агентах" от 1889 г.: любой коносамент, доковый варрант, складское свидетельство, варрант или ордер на поставку товаров, любой другой документ, используемый в обычном деловом обороте как доказательство прав собственности (или прав распоряжения) товарами или же как разрешение или предписание разрешить (на основании поставки или индоссамента) предъявителю документа передать или получить товары, указанные в документе; данное определение было подтверждено законом "О продаже товаров" от 1979 г., хотя судебная практика не всегда подтверждает именно такую классификацию каких-л. документов в качестве товарораспорядительных; так, несмотря на приведенное постановление закона, в Великобритании чуть ли не единственным товарораспорядительным документом является коносамент, что же касается складских и портовых свидетельств, расписки помощника капитана судна о получении груза, некоторых перевозочных документов, то они хотя и соответствуют во многом признакам товарораспорядительного документа, но таковым судебной практикой не признаны)
в) торг., амер. (согласно Единообразному торговому кодексу США, любой коносамент, доковый варрант, доковая расписка, складское свидетельство или ордер на поставку товаров, а также любой другой документ, который при обычной деловой практике рассматривается как адекватное уведомление о том, что лицо, предъявляющее такой документ, имеет право получить, распоряжаться или удерживать у себя документы на права собственности или товары, указанные в этом документе)
